About

Software Field Notes started from a simple idea: document what I learn before I forget it.

Every new framework, language, tool, or piece of hardware teaches something. Sometimes it’s a clever feature, sometimes it’s an unexpected limitation, and sometimes it’s just a better way to approach a familiar problem. Rather than keeping those discoveries in scattered notes, I decided to collect them here.

This isn’t a blog focused exclusively on software development, testing, or system administration. It’s a place for anything related to technology that I find interesting or useful—from coding and automation to infrastructure, hardware, productivity tools, and everything in between.

The articles are based on curiosity, experimentation, and real-world experience. They’re written as much for my future self as they are for anyone else who might find them helpful.

Thanks for stopping by, and I hope you discover something useful along the way.
